Should I tell new employer?

Hi there

I got a new job since I was laid off from my sponsoring company. It has been a year since my I 485 application. Should I tell my new employer about this or should I wait till i get something from those losers (INS)?

It's pretty much the same job description but might be slightly more pay. Will this affect anything?

If I remember correctly AC21 does not explicitly say that you have to inform the INS but it is better if you do. Also since you have 485 pending for more than a year...there is a good chance that CSC will issue RFE for EVL and paystubs...so I think it is safer if you get hold of a lawer and frame your new job desciption letter and inform the INS...getting more pay is not a problem as long as it is more than what is specified in the LC.

I even remember reading about it some place..CSC has a blanket rule that if app is pending for more than a year..send an EVL rfe. last year so many of us ( including me) got an rfe even though we never changed the job at all.
