should i tell in the N-400 interview?

i was recently out for 4 months to india.
in the interview as they check the passport, when asked should i tell them that i got married?
I am trying to apply for a visitor visa for my wife as she is still finishing her studies back home she has to go back and thats the reason for visitor visa application. in the visitor visa application i have mentioned that she is married to a LPR.

At my interview I was asked if I had married or had children since I had submitted my application.

Yes, you should definitely tell them that you got married and show your marriage certificate. I also got married after applying for N-400 and my lawyer advised me to say so even if not asked.
