AC-21 EB-2 to EB-3 JOb Switch
Gurus,
Very important question.
My current company has applied for my GC under EB-2 category. I have my 140 approved and 485 pending for more than a year (eligible for AC-21). Now, I have an offer from another company with similar job description. But I just learnt that the new company sponsors green cards for this position under EB-3 category. I am not sure if this would create any issues for my green card application if I accept this new offer and leverage AC-21.
I would appreciate any inputs/insight!
