Should I submit citation data if I do not have many citattions--NIW application

I work in life science area in CA. I am pretty much ready to submit my application of I-140-NIW.

I have 8 papers and 9 conference abstracts. However, most papers were published recently. I only have 10 citations. So the citationis is my weakness in the whole package. One of my coworkers did not mention any citation when applied for I-140. USCIS did not ask for it later on. Her case got appproved with REF about other things.

Do you think I need to submit the citation info???

Really depends how many other criteria you can score. Citations are normally a very good way to show your influence on the scientific community. If you have very strong independent recommendation letters you might be ok with out many citation but even these letters are not strong than you might have problem without citation.
