I live in Ohio, so I need to submit everything to NSC. But as I efiled i-140 to TSC and got approved at TSC, so I need to submit i-485 to TSC (right?). My question is: should I submit EAD and AP application together in one envelop, or submit 485 first, and submit AP and EAD later?
The reason I am asking this questions is that based on i-131, I need to submit AP to NSC, so I do not know what to do now. Can anybody help me with this question?
Thanks a million.:):):)

You should file I-485 with Nebraska Service Center (NSC), this is based on geographical jurisdiction. Dont worry if I-140 is filed with Texas service center. You can also simultaneously submit I-765/131 along with I-485 at NSC

Thanks a lot. But some people suggested me to submit 485 to TSC. very confused now.
Can anybody else help to confirm that? Thank you.

There are clear instructions on where to file on form I-485 as well as I-131. In both cases, based on your location, you should send your application to NSC. Where the I-140 was filed or approved is not relevant. Furthermore, what "some people" suggest has no bearing on what the USCIS instructions themselves clearly state!

Many people on immigration forums have this myth that "since you sent your I-140 to one service center, then you should send the I-485 to the same center". While that may have been the case a few years ago, the rules changed in 2007. The "direct filing" rules issued at the time clearly stated that the applications should now be filed according to geographic location regardless of where any other petitions happen to be pending. You do not have to file I-485 to the same service center where your I-140 got approved if your geographic location indicates that you must file elsewhere.
