Should I send two 797's for revalidation?

My H-1 visa stamp on passport expired on 20th Dec 2003. Few weeks back I got the renewal H-1 which was valid from 21st Dec 2003 to 12th July 2004. As it was already expiring I did not send it for re-validation.

Now I got 7th yr H-1 approval from 13th July 2004 to 12th July 2005. As I have 2 H-1s up for stamping I am confused whether I need to send both (for continuity of H-1 stamping in passport) or the latest one for re-validation. If I send both of them, is it considered 2 re-validations or 1 re-validation ?

I was in a similar but not exact situation. My lawyer suggested that I can send both and I should be able to get it stamped using the most recent H1. But I had to extend my H1 before that and I was all set and did not have to what you need to.

Also since your H1 is starting 13 july , you can send it 10 days earlier i.e. 3rd july and u should be all set. I am not sure abt this but I know the consulates usually stamp a visa as early as 10 days before start date. Confirm with ur lawyer.
