Should I send postal mail to Vermont???

My online status is the same after 2 weeks from FP day. I contacted Customer service, then they told me send a postal mail to Vermont. Anybody done that ... will that help??

I don't think you need to do that. Just my 2 c.

I am also waiting for status update. Its been more than a week.
