I applied I-751 in 6/2011. I got the Request for Evidence in 4/2012 and then I responded with some evidence in 6/2012. I've been checking on my case but there's no status change.
This year, I got these new joint accounts:
- Medical insurance for both myself and my spouse from my new company.
- Life insurance with my spouse as the beneficiary.
- Joint tax for 2012.
- Joint account for our stock investment of $20,000.
- My 401k showing my spouse as the beneficiary.
Should I send these additional evidences to the USCIS for speed up my case? If yes, what form should I use?
Also, we are buying a house in 3 months (with both of our names on the title). Should I also wait for this process to be complete and then send the joint title to the USCIS?
Please give me some advice. Thanks.
