Hi Guys,

I have already prepared the docuements for 485,AP and EAP for me and my wife before the retro started and for some reason our docs were sent back that time(my lawyer forgot to sign on a paper).
Am thinking in next few months(may be next month) we will be able to file our appliation again.

My question is, since my address has changed when we first prepared the docs, should i prepare tham again and reflect the new address or send these docs and change the addres after they recieve my docs and input my information in the computer?

Which one do you guys think is the better way? Ofcourse i would like to send the documents as they are and change the address later but that may not be a right way.

I really appriciate your thoughts.

Thanks
DBU

Looks like a no-brainer to me!! Since you have moved, and you are getting a chance to file after the move, why would you want to file with the old address, and then go through the hassle and uncertainty of calling to inform of the change in address ?????? Just put the correct address (your new address) and file. I know this would mean re-doing the paperwork, but doing this would save you a lot of headache later on.
