Should i only submit DSP-122 form because i never included any person to travel with to the US

Am the only principal applicant who applied for the DV 2014. so my question is should only apply DSP-122 only or i should even apply for the DS-230 Part 1

you need to submit the form ds-122 ,the form ds-230 part1 and part 2 ,2 pictures and the bar code
