I am applying NIW and EB1-EA.
Most of my papers coming out in recent two years, though one paper is published in one of the best journals in the field, the total citation number is

Ideally you want a short letter from the author who cites your work that can stress the importance of your research. Try to get at least one.

Mentioning about the citations is a very objective way of proving the requirement you mentioned. Use whatever you have. For ease of verification, attach copies of the papers that cite your work.
