yes if are on EAD and GC gets denied you don\'t have immigrant and non immigrant status so you will have to leave the country and get another h1 and come back but you don\'t know about getting visa.

I can see only the reason for AOS denial is the change of job before 180 days because of termination. If this is the reason for INS to deny my case

Am I getting problems when I have applied for new H1 B from my home country?

As my spouse is working on H1-B can I eligible to apply for H4 and stay in the country?

Or at least can I go for H4 stamping at home country and come back to US?
 
You can get visa again if.....

It depends on why your AOS was denied.

If it is for some felony, misconduct, perjury or something on the negative side then you may find problems in getting a new visa
Otherwise you can get a new visa after one year.

Not everybody who comes to USA wants a GC, they go back after 6 years and come when here on work when necessary.

Denial on AOS is not denial for work permit...provided you are clean
