Should I include Gold Ornaments in B4 list?

I'm preparing Goods to follow list.
I just want to know should I include Gold Ornaments in B4 list?

yes include jewels in the B4 list.Just type

Jewels amt in can$.

I also took photos of the jewels,but the customs officer did not see it.She said that I need not submit the photos and just listing in the b4 form alone is enough.
