I am sorry if asking question that already has been answered or discussed. I intend to apply for green card ( Employment Second Preference (E2) - position requiring master's degree). Right now I'm at the beginning of the process, before Labor certification.
My question is - should I hire an immigration attorney? That would cost me much money, but on the other hand, I do not want to make any serious mistake.
