should I give I-94 to the airline staff or should I keep it.Jaxen pls advice

Last time when I went back to Canada I took My new 1-797 approval notice since my old I-94 was expired while I was coming back INS stamped my passport and wrote H1B and valid date till 2004 also tear the bottom part of my I-797 (I-94 portion) and stapled in to my passport. Now I am going to overseas for 2 week vacation, should I give I-94 from the passport to the airline staff or should I keep it. pls advice.
 
You should give the I-94 card to the airline official. When you are outside the US (except Canada, Mexico etc), the I-94 card does not have any meaning. You will get a new I-94 when you return.
