Should I file I-485 again?

Hi,
My spouse will be becoming a US citizen soon and we are preparing to file my I-130. My I-485 (employment based adjustment of status as a derivative) is pending with the USCIS. Now, when I file my I-130, should I file a I-485 again?

Yes, the complete package (I-130, 485, EAD, AP, etc.). You'll also have to pay for everything again.
