Should I file G-731?

My pp got stamped in first week of july. No news till now of LUD change. 1 LUD change on 19 August but no message change. Called teh National Service Center. She told that she will forward the query to VSC.
Should I file the G-731V form as suggested by the Rep. The form says that it should be used only after 90 days of I485 approval?

Any guess, why the plastic is delayed?
any one else in the same boat?
