I was stamped for permenant residency in sep 2003.
I got my welcome notice on 25th may 2005 from my old address.
I never got my greencard.
After talking to Vermont center, I realized that actual green card was sent on 25th May 2005 only and I have never received it.
Now my green card was based on marriage with condition.
On this 15th, I became eligible to remove condition.
In this scenario, should I file for I-90 since the card that will come will expire in September anyways and filing on I-751 will result in new green card.I plan to get a stamp on my passport for a year anyways.
Let me know your opinion.
