Should I file another I-140?

I got I-140 with sub-labor under EB3. Now my own labor had been approved few months back which is under EB2. I'm considering filing another I-140 with own labor. Lawyer said this may complicate your case. Any suggestion? Or I should simply wait EB3?
 
Why not? Nothing to lose if your employer could pay the cost. My case is EB3 and I am qualified for EB2 now. I am considering to re-file as EB2, because EB3 got stuck now
 
I just had conf call with my attorney. She suggest that I wait to Oct to see what is the trend of EB3 visa number. The 2nd I-140 may create mess with CIS file system. They could mismatch the files and delay further.

Another info from attorney: CSC is processing EB3 case aggressively these days, we will see lots of approval till mid of July due to various processing phases. EB3 approval wouldn't have clear cut at 1st July.
