My case:
* i-140 approved dec 2002
* i-824 received by Vermont March 6th 2003 (150-999 days of delay) filed for i-485
* i-485 received by Vermont June 6th 2003
* CEO of my company contact a U.S. Senator to inquire on my i-824 (not i-485)
* INS fingerprinting 4/23/2004
* Advanced Parole valid until 5/2005 (it's my second one)
* Second EAD (employment card) approved on July 6th 2004.
Someone from the Senator's office told me that my file is now at National Service Center and that it will not take 999 days.
I read about letters for appoints being sent in July, should I expect one for my i-140 or i-824 ?
