Should I do new I-140??

Hi, I'm an eternal I-485 TSC waiter. RD 5/28/02 EB-3.

My employment (LC/I-140 approved, I-485 pending) has been discontinued and I can't find a job with similar job description and salary.

However I was offered different job, which is BETTER paid. A lawyer recommended me to do a new I-140 for the new job and if I get an RFE for my current pending I-485, he would cancel I-485 and file new I-485, EAD for pending I-140 (new job). Can that be done? What are possible problems?

Should I get new job without doing new I-140 and pray I don't get an RFE?
Are there real possible problems of doing this when applying for citizenship?

I think if you cannot find similar job, you need to start over from Labor. I am not sure what's eternal I-485 TSC waiter.
