I am on H1b. When is a chance of getting a B2 visa higher for my mother? Should I disclose that I have an American husband and an American baby? Or it is better not to prove this info unless she is asked at the interview?

Rule -- lying to an Immigration Officer or an Immigration Form is a matter of Fraud/Misrepresentation, consequences of which can (and most likely will be) permanent bar to entering US.

Nobody plans to lie. There are no such questions on the application form. I am asking if my mom should volunteraly tell this or not, and if it will help or harm.

You do not have to disclose anything voluntarily. If the consular officer asks, however, your Parent will have to disclose it clearly. I have often noticed consular officers responding favorably when the applicant clearly communicates the response with confidence.
