Should I change company?

Guys,
I am contracting for company A (hourly basis W-2) thru company B, now I am getting full time offer from the company A. I got my 2nd FP done on 16th Sep, RD is 19th Feb.Whether you guys recommand me to join this company A as a full time employee or to wait for my GC approval. I also want to go to India by the end of the year, if I go to India I wont get paid and no pay stubs, so in case of paystub RFE what will I do. What would be the best plan for me? Any inputs highly appreciated. My case is AC21.

Normally not a good idea to leave sponsoring company immediately after getting job. If duties description is same and salary similar, then you can join new company using AC21.

If and only if there is an RFE, mention AC21 and send documentation from New Company.
