Should I call INS to schedule FP

Its been over 2 months since I applied for adjustment of status along with I130, I765 and I131. Do I have to wait to receive FP notice or I can call to schedule FP appointment? I will appreciate any response.

You are supposed to wait for the notice. If you call the 800 number it will not go very far -- I've tried it several times. The USCIS seems to be having problems sending out FP notices. Some people get it within one month, others never seem to get it. Today I gave up waiting and went to the Application Support Center in here in San Antonio to get it done on a "walk in" basis, and there were no problems. I recommend you try "walk in" at your local ASC. Try to get there at 8 when they open. Good luck!
