I missed out on my FP appointment that was scheduled for October 25th 2006. USCIS sent it to my old address even though did the required. However, I went for FP on November 4th as soon as I came to know about it taking the fax copy of the FP Notice that my lawyer received (who also forgot to intimate me about the notice on time). I was able to give my FPs but since then there has'nt been any LUDs on my case.
I am worried as to why would that be? Is there any way I could know that VSC, where my case file is, had duly updated my case status with these FPs I got done.
Also I am wondering should I be concerned about the original FP Notice that was sent to the wrong address? As the last time I heard was that it got returned back to USCIS and I do not know where it might be at now?
