Should I be Worried? Please help

I Sent my documents in to the Nebraska centre on october 23rd. Its been two weeks no response and the check has not been cashed. I sent in the I-130 and G325A for my self and husabnd as we will be doing cansular processing since he is not in the country... Any ideas

First of all, don't worry. I would check if you have sent it to the right address, sometimes the instructions can be very confusing and it happened to me and they just forwarded it to the right location and it made everything take 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks.

If you did send it to the right address, you really can't do anything unless you have a tracking number. So again, don't worry. If it has been more than 4 weeks you can call the hotline and find out what happened to it. I would assume everything is fine and considering we're almost in holiday season, I would just give it a tad more time.
