My employer started the job posting process on mid February but at the end of the 30 days they found out that they didn't posted it on one internal job search website.
They told me they need to keep the job posting for another 30 days. I am wondering if that is ok? or do they need to do everything again?
Also, they are posting 3 positions at the same time, until now nobody replies so I am wondering if this is ok or not.
