My employer had agreed to sponsor my GC, and my boss said that they started the PERM process a couple of months before.
On the law firm CRM site, it says "PERM in recruiting" for quite some time now, but I couldn't find the job opening anywhere...
Does it make any sense that the PERM process would start without the job posting actually being published on the company web site, for example?
Should I be worried?
