Hello Fellas,
I just checked my online message on USCIS.

Our (mine and mywife) EAD (thrid time renewal - RD - Feb 09 2004), AP (Third time renewal RD Feb 09 2004) and ofcourse 485 (RD - June 2002) has been pending...

When I checked out today, our EAD has been updated with an approval message with date of yesterday in the message. This is good news.

However, our 485 date also changes but the message inside has the previous text. But on the portfolio list, the date for 485 has changed to the same as 765.

Any ideas whats going on ?

After my ead and ap approval's, I saw change in the last update column with ead,ap approval date's on dependant I-485 application.

Little strange..:)
 
Looks like it is happening to everyone. Same thing happened to us - Change in "Date Updated" for 485 after 2nd EAD approval on May 12th 2004. I have a feeling that before they apprpove the EAD, they might verify the 485 application on-line and so, the "Date Updated" will be automatically generated.
 
i had nearly the same thing my 485 was updated in the portfolio on may 5-6 th for 2 days. Screen updated to FP done 9 months earlier!

EAD updated on 5-10 and 11 th with error message- i.e incorrect address!

let me know if someone had their updates in this order.
