Last month, I visited Canada to renew my F1 visa which was expired. I got new F1 visa. But, in port of entry, U.S Immigration officer did not replace my I-94. Now in my passport, there is an I-94 form issued at my first entry U.S. 4 years ago. I am also planning to visit to my country this summer. My school adviser says i should apply for new I-94 before leaving U.S. She said it might be problem when i come back from my country. But they admitted my entry without new I-94. Do i need to apply for new I-94?
