should i apply for h1 transfer, or use EAD

I have my 140/EAD/AP approved, and i am waiting for the 485 approval. I am going to be changing jobs after 6 months of 485 pending.

I am trying not to use the EAD, and ask the new employer for a h1 transfer so i can keep my status in case the GC gets denied for any reason. I want to understand if i am missing something here, or this would work out fine..

My situation is different...I am working on h1 with my parent GC company...same time I want to work part time w2...it will be any problem!!?
My h1 will invalid even I am owrking on H1 still!!?


Urgetn help needed!!!!!
