Should I apply for Emergency AP? Or Can I use Stamped AP?

I got 3 copies of advance parole (valid until Dec 10, 2006).

I travelled out of US one time. At port of entry (on Nov 6th 2006), INS guys took one copy of AP.

Other 2 copies they returned to me. ( One was stamped, other not stamped. )

1. The stamped copy says, I am paroled until next year (Paroled until Nov 5th 2007).
2. The second copy has no stamp.

Now, my question: I have to leave country soon (in a week), But, I have to stay out there until year end (Dec 30, 2006). Could any one of you please tell me, whether I can use the stamped copy (which says paroled until Nov 5th 2007) to re-enter the US? Or should I apply for emergency AP?

I appreciate your input.

One of the thread says, i can't use the stamped AP:

Your AP is only valid until its expiration date. Therefore you cannot use it to stay out of the country until the end of the year.

AP issue

Be careful you can not enter the country on an expired AP whether you use the same or the new copy.
