should i apply for another work permit

I had my second interview 2 weeks ago and luck is not on our side that day since we got the same IO who interviewed us the first time. we had a stoke interview and we did pretty well on most of it but we just forget some details. After that he talked to my wife and said that he is going to deny her petition for me. We are still waiting for the denial letter and my lawyer said that i cannot reapply for another work permit. Any suggestions? the first one i have will expire by november.

Any good lawyer in nevada area kindly pm me. My lawyer is such an $%^ he asked for a fee so that he will go with us and then the day before our interview he said he cant come and my wife already paid him for that.
 
hi camster long time now.what question the i.o ask why is he going to deny your wife petition.what document you take with you.second interview is next june 2008.so i want to grab all the information i can get.so please post thank you,or pm me

He is assigned to your case. we had a stoke interview and we did pretty well on most of it but we just forget some details. Any suggestions? the first one i have will expire by november. If he is denying your case, you will be asked to leave. You have bigger problems than working for a few months... get a GOOD lawyer.
