Should I apply at NSC

Could people please suggest how much time it is taking to get EAD at NSC. I have an option to apply 485/EAD either from CSC (since my company is located there ) OR NSC (My address).
What would you guys do ???. I need an EAD at the earliest especially for my wife.
Also if it gets applied at CSC ,can i still go to the DesMoine office or any other office in NSC and get iEAD.
Please help...
 
You must apply for your EAD at the center where your I-485 was filed.

You can apply for iEAD at the local office only if you EAD application has been pending for more than 90 days.
