should I apply again for Advance Parole and EAD?

Hi folks.


I am sure many of you are in the same boat,
WAC-02-44-XXXXX
RD is oct 16th 2001
FP-29TH March
My advance parole expires in Dec and EAD in Feb 2002( this should not be a problem, if I Dont get an approval till then I guess it would be time to find an ABCD :D )
the worry is my advance parole, my lawyer insists that I should file for a renewal,now seeing the trend and taking into consideration sillyman's analysis I am a little skeptical about getting approved anytime soon....
question is
1. Is it worth the risk waiting without filing for a renewal? it should not be so that I get an RFE after 3 months....

My guess will be that you will be ok!

I am in the same situation, although I do not need the EAD/AP ( right now...touch wood ) since I am working with my H1 employer and have a valid visa until sept of next year.
But I think if you are working on EAD/AP then you better get the renewals by applying about 90 days before the deadline...so hang on for just now.
