questions for work experiences

Hi, All,

I just start GC application. I have a couple of questions about work experience.

1. Is the work experience in Form 750 A item 14 must be full time?
For example, if I have two years parttime work experience (20 hours per week), then it is only equivalent to one year work experience?

2. I have read some posts here and notice that I can not use experince from the current company. In my case, I had 3 months internship experience in company X, then I got permenant job from company X. Can I use the internship experience in Labor Certification Application?

Please help me!

Thanks a lot.

I have asked two of my friends who have started GC application. They both told me that they included parttime experience at university. One of them provided a experience letter from a lab manager. If these experience can not be counted, most F-1 students will have no experience besides several month intern experience. I am confused here. Do you have any official website explaining this? Thanks.

On having talked to Murhy's attorney I was informed that I can use part time experience acquired at the university, and that I would need the experience letter.
However what I was also told that my chances for an LC approval were not that great because I only have a bachelor and my pay is not at level 2 and experience is only 2 years/20 hrs.

Now my one year of OPT just ended at company X, and I have an H1, what murhty's attorney also told me is that I cant' use the one year of 40 hrs exprience for the LC to work for company X.

However talking to another attonrey in VA he tells me that a "letter of exception" can be presented with the LC, say why it's so vital to have me continue to work at company X.

Any one else have any input on this?
