Short Term Housing in/around Vancouver.

Hi All,
I need to find a two bedroom apartment in/around Vancouver for about two months starting October.

Most places that I call, ask for at least a 6 month to a year lease. Does anyone know of an apartment complex which offers month-to-month lease ?

If it is near Richmond then it will be perfect.

Landed in Windsor from US but I-94 taken

Guys,

     I landed in Windsor today and the Canadian Immigration officers took away my I-94. I plan to commute to work everyday in Detroit under H-1B. Will I have any problem crossing the border to get to work??? Do I need to get a new I-94??? For your information, I only have the I-797 approval notice and the I-94 that the officer took was a tear-off from the I-797 approval notice??? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
