Well, the Mrs. and I are getting ready to fill our paper work. Just 2 questions though. On HER G-325A form, on the bottom with the black borders it says "family name", "first name" "middle name" and "alien number". Do I put her info in that box or mine? And on the back of HER photograph, do I put my alien number or hers?

On the G-325a, each of you have their own form. So, for her G-325a form, she needs to put her last name, first name and middle name. The spouse who is being sponsored need to sign her or his G-325a, I-485, I-765 ONLY, the sponsor sign the G-325a, I-130, I-864a only.
Yes, all the photos, sponsor and beneficiary, need to have the name printed on the back of the photos. For example, husband sponsor: husband name and last name on the back of the photo. wife beneficiary: wife's name on the back of the form, if alien number exist, put it on the back of the photo as instructed....
