Hi Folks: I need your advice immediatly( God Bless You all) I am on F1 Status and studying in community college and my wife has a green card.Her baby is due in feb, and this will be our second baby. and i believe that i cant give proper attention in this smester because my wife is kind of sick and secondly when the baby will born both of us will have to take care of her. I need to get short course load but my DSO IS SAYING that INS WILL NOT PERMIT YOU BECAUSE THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH YOU AND IT IS WITH YOUR WIFE. My dso is never help full to anyone and have lot of complaints against hey but still she is the GOD who make people fate. i just need to ask is there any law or anything i can show her in my favor.
