Shocking October Visa Bulletin Release by American Embassy in Manila

The U.S. Department of State has yet to release the official Visa Bulltin for October 2005, but the Visa Bulletin which has been posted at the Amrican Embassy in Manila is just beyond the belief. Please click here.
For those who cannot open it, here is the information:

It might be a mix up.

I would like to take a guess at this ----

I think the dates are all mixed up .. The website guy at Manila mixed the employment based 485 with family based 485.

I hope I am correct.

The Manila website may NOT be wrong ---

If the system over there was hacked or there was a wrong data entry -- then it sould have had been rectified by now...

The web page is static one and it is NOT pulling in data from any database... and the page is not designed by a web guy -- the layout is improper etc.

But the cut-off date might be correct ---

My argument -- Say an EB3 from INDIA...
Now he needs to stand is two Queues
1> EB3 Visa Numbers -- world wide around 43000
2> Country quota of around 25620.


Now the country quota is both for Employment based and family based and dependents... So if there are surge of family based visa -- for a particular country -- EB3 will suffer as they are the first ones to be taken off the system... This quota system is irrespective of the population of the country -- so big countries like India and china with billion people -- is to suffer and there are many countries which whole population is less than 25,000 will never ever reach that limit.

If there were large number of adjucation in family based category and in EB1 and EB2 ... or in some cases the case might be approved and waiting for Oct 01...

So a guy from INDIA with EB3 --- even if there is visa number available for EB3 on OCT 01 ... he might not get it as his country quota might be maxed out.

..... there is a possiblity that the country quota might be exhausted before it acutally even opens....


I too hate to think in this like -- that Manila report might be correct --- but it can be correct also.

Correct me guys in my arguments... I would love if some one tear downs the argument and all of us get the 'precious' ..
