Shifted from L1 to H1, can i stamp my h1 in mexico or canada

New Member
I was working on L1 before and my h1 was approved in october but i joined on h1 only in december before the 60 day grace period?
Now i need to visit to india so
1) Will there be any problem to get stamped in india if i travel in April ?
2) Can i get stamped in Mexico or Canada? How many pay slips n other documents do i need ? What is the process of getting stamped in Mexico or Canada?
3) Which one is less risky (going to mexico or canada) ?

Please let me know ASAP.

Iam also in the same situation as you are now.

I was in L1 "A" company till Oct-06 end and I got my H1 approval papers in October and Joined H1 "B" Company in Nov-06.

Iam planning to go India in the month of April.

Now I am in situation to which consulate to choose to get my stamping
( Mexico,India or Canada)

Once I got query in chennai last year with another H1 "C" company,I did'nt received relavent documents from 'C' company to submitt to the consulate before I started to US on L1,then I travelled on L1 "A" ompany from India and worked here till Oct-06 ,I got my new H1 from "B" company in Oct-06 and started working from Nov-06 in "B" Company.

If I go for Staming will that H1 "C" company issue(Chennai) impacts on the current one ?

I stay in West where Mexico(Tijuana) is the near place to me,how far the chances are ?

Which consulate is best to get my stamping India,Mexco or Canada ?

who was in same situation and got the H1 visa stamped.
