I was working in Emirate air line as deputy manager in Pakistan as I have life thereat from religious extremist/terrorist , Our family arrived USA ON Visit visa after year ,I filed asylum in USA .since 2007 I twice filed asylum petition on shia sect basis as per my attorney advice
But judge did not take decision and giving date and informed me that you were not directly harmed by terrorist and not fired bullet directly on you, My concern is that my elder son is in high school and small son born in USA .
Is any provision as my elder son age getting 16 year old and in high school and small son is USA national or any time bar that is stay USA more then 10 years As I stayed can I automatically will get green card ? as I also pay tax and I bought property in USA , one of brother got USA citizen in 2014 through his spouse any edge of this, or any provision to benefit for me to get asylum approved.
Now days in 2014my country condition of Pakistan worst for sectarian killing
Note My back ground has checked and biometric done judge told every thing fine
NOTE MY Next hearing will be on 2017
