Congratulations!

What are you going to do with your original application to VSC? Did you tell Baltimore staff about it? If so, what did they say? Will this generate some headaches later on? Thanks.
 
Baltimore knew about it from their computer records. They said (before I told them) that you already have the same petition pending, why are you filing again. I said cos I have to travel soon. In fact I was ready to shell out the fee again but they said they could adjust it against what I had already paid to VSC.

I believe Baltimore is good as I didn't have to prove any big family emergency or anything. I believe that Arlington is very strict. I live in MD though and I think that may be a requirement to go to Baltimore.

So, you did not pay the $110 filing fee for your Baltimore's AP application because you have a pending one in VSC?
 
Right, I did not have to pay again - they issued a new receipt notice that said "fee previously collected". In general I was lucky cos I was assigned to a very nice lady. I had to hunt for a long time for my I-94 which she asked for. Eventually I found my copy but she said never mind I will look in the computer records.
