Shedule A nurse I-140

I am a registered nurse, and my lawyer filed for my I-140, I-485 a couple of months ago. On the receipt notice for the I-140, under Notice Type, it says 'Section: Skilled Worker or Professional. Sec. 203(b)(3)(A) (i) or (ii)'. Can someone please clarify whether this is the appropriate section for classification for schedule A nurse?
When my lawyer had filed the I-140, they had selected option g (any other worker), not f (reserved) for the petition type. Is that the correct type to file?
any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This is the appropriate section for SCHE A nurse. I too had the same doubt and I clarified with my attorney. When did you filed? Are you working now? Could you post your timeline here? In which service center your case is now?

How long will it take to approve I-140 petition at nabraska, how long at texas?
My case also only I-140 under EB-3,schedule A group -1st, receive LIN0....

Hi, guys,

I very much appreciated your replies. I filed my I-140 and I-485 in May to NSC, and the receipts were received in Early June. The EAD got approved around a month, that’s why I am able to work based on EAD. But I guess I had bad luck after that. So far, either I-140 or I-485 has been approved, which makes me wonder if my case was filed under wrong section. But thank you for clarifying those for me.
