Sharing RFE info on I-485s

Folks,

finally got RFE letter on I-485s (self/spouse). They ask for a copy of I-94s and I-797 approval notices. My lawyer plans to mail a response by the end of this week. Does anyone has similar experience? Please share

As usual , i am prepared for the worst and hoping for the best!

I-140: RD 09/03/03 AD: 11/16/04
I-485: RD 11/18/03 RFE: 11/16/04
FP done: 12/26/03 /FP received: 01/06/04

spouse & self received RFE too on 23rd Nov. The attorney still hasnt got the RFE. Can u give me the date on which u/attorney physically received the RFE. Looks like u got the RFE issued on 16Th Nov.Tyring to figure out how long it takes to get the RFE copy.On a side note a friend of mine got the same RFE as yours and i was approved in a weeks time after he responded. So i guess you should be fine.

I think he got them on 22nd . Frankly never told the exact date but i knew that it was before Thanksgiving holiday.
 
Received RFE for self and spouse on 30th November. Lawyer has not received the papers yet. Will update with the details later.
 
Hi MyDreamUSA,
In your RFE, did they ask you to submit all previous I94s or only the latest one? I am suspecting this could be one of the reasons for getting RFE because my wife and I travelled outside on Parole after we filed I-485.
 
Folks.

USCIS confirms that they received our response on RFEs. There is a LUD change today after acknoledgment date for RFE . I do not know what to expect next. I want to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best..

Our FP was done in Oct. No LUD updates for any one of us from 2002 till today even after FP. My son had LUD change today, think it is a RFE. No LUD changes or RFE for me or wife. I dont yet know what RFE is about. Hoping for the best
 
LUD changes after receipt of RFE response

Guys, USCIS got RFE response on Dec 7th, LUD changed on 7th, 8th and 9th. There is no change today.

Any one with similar experience? PLease share! Thanks
