My boss agreed to support a colleague for green card through labor certification a few months ago. The recruitment process was completed (ads and job order) and 1 month ago the application was filed through PERM. The ads and job order are going to expire on December 1st 2005. Recently my boss agreed to support my green card application also. My colleague and me have the same position (Research Associate - with the same job description), we started to work for this position at the same time, we have the same salary, the same education (MD degree) and the recruitment process did not require any experience for the job. My question is: can I use the ads from my colleague instead of placing my own ads and job order.
