Sharing our EAD exp.....Houston

Guys,

We filed our family based I-485/I-765 on Feb 25 2003
with Houston BCIS.

Got our A# on March 15th.

On 06/10/03 we went to Houston BCIS for our EAD
since it's more than 90 days now.

We reached there around 4:00 in the morning (with chair,
coffee, breakfast).

we Got the Interview around 2:30.
Nice Old guy. Just asked few standard questions.
and gave us Expedite letter for friday(06/13/03).

Today we went to BCIS. Got EAD .

Hi, I filed I-485, I-130, I-131 with Dallas office in April. I have not heard anything. Do you think I should go there after 90 days? If so, do you think I could get AP there? The problem is that I did not receive anything, not even a receipt. But the checks have been cashed. btw, why 90 days, not 60 days?

If you did thr Lawyer check with him first.
Otherwise yes you can go INS after 90days
and talk to an OFFicer
