My Wife has a H4 appointment with Delhi Consulate on 9th Jan 2006. I am reading few replies in this forum where Chennai consulate is asking that IRS people has to send directly the tax return transcripts to Washington D.C consulate then Washington D.C consulate people have to let chennai consulate people know about the same.
Can some body pls share the recent H4 stamping experience in Delhi consulate. I am feeling very nervous after reading these
type of issues.
