Share your experience:: Name Check cleared but 485 still pending

Hello Folks,

I wanted to start this new thread so the people, who have gotten N/C cleared but are still waiting for 485 adjudication, may share their experiences.

My N/C got cleared a few months back. I called TCS a couple of times after that and was informed that everything looked fine on my case and would get approved as soon as an officer got assigned to look at it. It has been 2 months since I was told this the first time. I wonder how long they take to assign a case to an officer.

I saw a few other people on the forum who got similar replies. Please share your experiences.
