Share H1-B experiences from april 2009 at New Delhi Consulate

Hi,
I got a H1-B approval last year 2008. I am planning to go for stamping at new Delhi office but I have got information that they are asking a lot of questions and are not easily giving visas, denying majority of applications.
Can I get any first hand expierence anyone of you had at New Delhi Office.
